Welcome and thanks for visiting Empowered Solutions! For my first blog post on the website, I wanted to share a little bit about me, what Empowered Solutions means to me, and why I started it!
Why I Started Empowered Solutions
I started Empowered Solutions with a mission to achieve 3 things for my clients:
- Alleviate stress for business owners
- Provide protection to businesses
- Bring clarity to employees
To achieve these things, I strive to bring my clients business solutions that are empowering to leaders, employees, and the organization as a whole so that they succeed in a way that is unique to the culture and values of the business. Empowerment comes from education, encouragement, and support! That is the approach I take when consulting and doing business.
So, what does it mean to me?
It means getting to impact people’s quality of life for the better! People spend so much of their lives at work. I want to encourage people to make their work life (and the work life of others) the best it can be. Empowered People, Empower People! The interactions a person has at work creates a ripple effect that can domino in to so many other aspects of a person’s life!
Purpose
The desire to impacts people’s life through work comes from the core of who I am and from the experiences I have had in my life. You can obviously read my bio on this website or visit my LinkedIn Profile but what truly drives me every day is my family! I am a mom to the sweetest most smiley little boy, I have been married to my amazing husband for 5 years now, and we have 2 adorable fur babies. One of the most important aspects to my family is that we choose to serve the Lord and follow Jesus. Because of that influence, I strive to follow the path He has made for me and to do the work I feel called to do which is to serve and empower leaders in the small business community!
Serving Through the Work
Cheesy right? But it is true for me. I believe I am here to serve others and, with the gifts God has given me, I have found I can fulfill that through the Human Resources profession. Yes, I know that makes me sound like the ultimate HR nerd, but I am a-okay with that! Being able to live in my Faith, provide for my family and serve the business community is my why!
Through Empowered Solutions I will strive to make an impact on people’s lives by providing real human solutions, empowerment, and a better quality of life through the work people do every day.
